Dr. Kelly Larkin is a physician who has affected many lives in our community with immeasurable professional and philanthropic contributions.

For over 20 years she has been working at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center and was the Chief of Emergency Medicine and Medical Director. Dr. Larkin is also President and CEO of The Larkin Group, a group of healthcare companies focused on improving the quality, service and delivery of healthcare. She is a pioneer in the field of freestanding emergency centers and has designed, developed, owned and managed emergency centers across multiple states.

Outside of healthcare, Dr. Larkin has volunteered for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for over two decades and is currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee. You are likely to see her on the big screen being interviewed during the rodeo talking about working with and caring for the rodeo cowboy athletes. She was an integral part of the team that made the determination to cancel the 2020 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo due to COVID-19 concerns.

Join us to hear about events leading to last year’s cancellation plus highlights and COVID-19 precautions being taken for the May 2021 rodeo.
