Welcome to new TPG member, Sue Rohr!

 

Sue Rohr is an accomplished and creative Sr. Executive Leader who possesses multifaceted experience and a proven ability to revitalize organizations, start company-wide campaigns, and capture untapped growth opportunities. Successful in delivering long-term strategic vision, development, execution, and roadmap, that leads to multiple client successes. Drives cross-functional global resources, focusing on bringing new and innovative solutions to the market to maximize revenue growth and enhance the customer experience. Develops standardized, repeatable deployment methodologies to scale organizations to meet business objectives. 

Sue has over 25 years of leadership and management experience in the healthcare industry. Before retiring, Sue most recently was the Director of Customer Services at SCP Health. She was responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating all activities of the Client Services Managers for SCP Health’s Revenue Cycle Services and served as an escalation point for Clients, Client Services Managers, and RCS Domains for resolving any issues or concerns regarding client coding, billing, and collection activities. 

Sue and her husband, Tim, have lived in Houston, TX since 1988. Both are volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) for 14 years and Harris Country Master Gardeners (HCMG) for one year. Sue is currently the HLSR Chairman of the Graphics & Signage Committee which is responsible for making high-quality signs for the HLSR Show year-round and is a member of the Western Art and Wine Events committees. 

Sue and Tim have been married for 36 years and have two children. Sue enjoys cycling in her spare time and has completed 5 Texas MS150 cycling rides supporting the National MS Society. 

Sue received her BS in Medical Technology from Michigan State University.
