Italian Wine Tasting & Potluck Pairings

Always wanted to taste the great wines of Italy?  Here's your chance!
The potluck dinner choices will be coordinated so they will pair beautifully with the wines.
Ricardo of VinSanto Wines will be our presenter for the evening.  He is a regular presenter at the Italian Cultural Center's wine tastings.

Here are the pairing options.  Please let Karen Brown know what you will be bringing.

Sparkling: Crostini with cheese/fig -   Kathy Long              Charcuterie board - Jackie

 

White: Piemontese Salad: Green leaf lettuce and microgreens tossed in red wine vinaigrette and extra virgin olive oil along with goat cheese, walnuts, crispy cucumber and shallots - Claudia Ruggerio

 

White:   Caprese Salad - Susan Loberg & Teresa Doyle

 

Red: Pasta salad -   Kathleen Knolle                          Pasta Amatriciana - Karen Brown

 

Red: Meatballs with marinara sauce -   Pam Matula            Mushroom risotto -  Ginger                           Dark chocolate - Stacey Ranslaben
