Special Agent Patricia Villafranca has been with the FBI for 26 years, working in the New York, Boston, and Houston field offices. She has also served overseas in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Colombia, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. She has investigated spies, bank robbers, terrorists, cartel bosses, and scam artists. She is married with two teenage children and is constantly balancing work and family priorities. She knows for a fact that it is easier to negotiate with a terrorist than a teenager.
